Sweet Be’s prices, rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your wish list, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation, printing errors or inventory errors (i.e. in stock orders that are out of stock). If a pricing or inventory error occurs, Sweet Be’s will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Sweet Be’s shipping times stated in product descriptions are estimates. We reserve the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Sweet Be’s will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
Order Cancellation, Changes and Returns
If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at the store. You can reach us during the hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. Please note that we are in the Central Standard Time zone. Our store phone number is (314) 835-1400. Orders may be cancelled with no fee as long as they have not been processed (usually within hours of your order). Please contact us via email to cancel. If the order has been processed, meaning we have charged your credit card and need to refund it, a 6% processing fee will be applied to recover any credit card fees we are charged. You will be credited back in the exact method you paid, and to the same credit card. If you would like to cancel your order please email us at info@sweetbe.com and type “Cancel Order” in the subject line. In the email message, please include your billing name, your Order ID number from your Sweet Be's Invoice and the reason for the cancellation. We will let you know by email if the order has been cancelled successfully or has already been shipped out.
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped; then please note shipping cannot be refunded, we can only refund the price paid for the item returned. All of our items are closely inspected prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction. Your return must be in NEW, SEALED or UN-OPENED condition and exactly the way it was sent to you.
The following applies to orders placed before July 18th, 2007: Orders $400 or more have a 3% cancellation fee.
Orders $1,000 or more have a 6% cancellation fee.

User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through SweetBe.com any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
If SweetBe.com is notifies of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal or offensive Content provided by User (e.g., through an online review), SweetBe.com may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such content from SweetBe.com. Sweetbe.com may disclose any Content or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate SweetBe.com; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of SweetBe.com, its Users or Providers.
SweetBe.com reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users, lush.com, the communities that make up SweetBe.com, or any rights of SweetBe.com or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither SweetBe.com nor its Providers can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting. Accordingly, neither SweetBe.com, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor Providers shall assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or Content on SweetBe.com.
Termination of Usage
SweetBe.com may terminate User’s access, or suspend any User’s access to all or part of SweetBe.com, without notice, for any conduct that SweetBe.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a service provider, or SweetBe.com
