Yes, ALL of Sweet Be's Webkinz and Lil'kinz are NEW-with Codes. All of our Webkinz are brand new and come straight from Ganz. We do not think it is fair to charge Webkinz collectors higher prices based on the demand for a particular Webkinz item. That is why Sweet Be's has such low prices on all of our Webkinz (which ALL have unused codes).
We love our customers and always want to treat you with the respect you deserve by offering all of our products at a fair and honest price.
